CustomerSupplied Materials Customerowned items are engraved at the customer’s own risk. We are not responsible for damage, breakage, discoloration, warping, or unexpected reactions during engraving or cutting.
Material Suitability Customers are responsible for ensuring their item is suitable for laser processing.
Artwork & Licensing Customers must have legal rights to any submitted artwork or logos. We are not liable for copyright or trademark violations.
Natural Material Variations Stone, wood, and other natural materials vary in color and texture. These variations may affect engraving appearance and are not considered defects.
Liability Limitation Our liability is limited to the cost of the engraving or cutting service performed. We do not replace or reimburse customerowned items.
